Another great source of fibre is physllium husks. They are also believed to decreases the level of LDL cholesterol in your blood, which is a good thing. Add 1-3 teaspoons of physllium husks to a glass of water once daily to keep you regular and help keep your heart healthy.

Eating 6+ small meals daily, will speed up your metabolism and will aid in your fat loss goals.

Exercise:

Weight training burns more calories than cardio vascular exercise!!! So next time you exercise swap the treadmill for an hour of weight training. Do full body compound movements 3 times a week with minimum 48 hours rest between workouts.

Do cardio vascular exercise 1-2 times per week.
